I haven't blogged for too long; the blogger.com interface seems foreign already, and I feel slightly awkward forming words, sentences and paragrahps with the rhythmic taps of my fingertips. November marks exam chaos, which I am rather detached from in the square walls of my room, but nonetheless leaving me more solemn than the other months of the year. December would be remarkably different of course, with dazzling Christmas lights and a CountDown to beckon 2009.
The brain has been generating alot of blueprints recently, of how to fill up the holidays and the year to follow. In the spur of the moment, I ordered The Nutcracker tickets at 2a.m in the morning. I got first row tickets, but it's at the side and I hope I don't end up staring at toes. Also, planned a family trip to Macau and HongKong, which may overlap into the beginning of the semester, but too exciting to ponder on that. Also, emailed a ballet instructor because I need to move, and I totally suck at the check-it-out-yo hiphop classes I attended with Ashlyn. But seriously, ballet? I don't think my knees and ankles can support my newly acquired baggage. So I was asking my mom about Yoga, who proposed I learn Taichi -.-
When I am asked about my favourite food, it's impossible to answer, I need to be questioned for a list of favourite food. I've always thought that unhealthy food tends to be awesome, and I love meat but I've never thought of it as potentially damaging. But, I was flipping through Anthony Robbins and came across this:
Meat without uric acid has no flavour.
Meat is teeming with putrefactive bacteria.
I am not going to go into details because I deliberately forgot it, so I can continue my consumption of meat which is really tooo yums.
Then I went on to read about cheese, and found out that cottage cheese is thickened and stuck together by calcim sulfate, Plaster of Paris.
Rah.
Anyway when the exams are over, I really have to take my camera out for some fresh air. It has been rotting in the room since... the last holiday? A few good long months. I miss it actually :)
