I don't know whether I want to spend time with myself and clear my head or whether to seek the company of friends who are loveliness so I shall do both go gym alone and then join the dah eeleen chan who are going to be too full to walk because they are having steamboat buffet which I refuse to have because my family has steamboats so often I think i have steamboats more than porridge.

Right outside the door of the gym there is a weighing scale which is probably the most irritating thing that could ever happen but it has been there since forever I don't know why.
